"Best Car Storage London" refers to an Individual site where vehicles are stored. Important Business information including site addresses are kept hidden from this website. Actual terms will vary and have additional items within. It's your responsibility to check these when storing.

You are responsible for sending a copy of the documentation to your Insurance company. Even if the unit states Comprehensive Insurance - it must be done for peace of mind and vehicle protection. 

1. The minimum Storage period is 3 months.

2. Payment for Storage is paid 1 month in advance (unless agreed separately) directly to the storage company. 

3. Payments are made by Standing order, or Bank transfer (Cash not accepted).

4. Tariffs for Vehicle Storage are subject to VAT unless stated.

5. Prices may be subject to change - if so 1 month’s notice by the company will be given.

6. Detailed inspection incoming vehicles are provided FREE of charge.

Clients receive a Storage Agreement/s clarifying important Business Information such as; the registered company name, contact phone numbers, site address, Insurance information - which are hidden from this website for additional secure measures. 

1. You are responsible for checking the storage agreement and requesting to see a copy of the independent company's Insurance policy, and terms by email or upon a site visit.

2. You are responsible for sending a copy of the storage agreement/s to your Insurance company should you reserve a space.

• Proof of ownership/s prior to vehicles entering any facility is required. This can be sent on-line for Re-mote bookings to the company directly.

• Proof of ID is required for any person entering a facility.

• These (above) may also be requested by the independent company prior to them forwarding a copy of any Business information, including Insurance.  

"Best Car Storage London" provides a service offering of secure storage facilities using independent small companies:

1. "Best Car Storage London" is not liable for any loss or damage.

2. We have in place our own contract with each company that requests a company owner or director to be accurate with their representation as such advertised on this website.

3. We will endeavor to rectify any issue / fault / complaint personally - should any situation arise directly with a company. 

Third Party.

We may use a third party to provide: Storage, Transportation, Maintenance or Detailing. You will be advised prior to conducting any business, as such and be provided with a quote and a copy of their invoice upon request.

Any third-party service maybe subject to VAT.

Payment for any additional services will be invoiced separately.
